Change Tickets
If you wish to change your flight ticket, it must be done so 24 hours before your flight in order for you to be eligible for one. If you try to change your ticket within the 24 hour timeframe, scroll below to see the requirements in order to fulfill your request. Depending upon the seating arrangement you have booked, economy seats typically have a no-change time period before the flight that does not adhere to the 24 hour policy
Refundable Ticket
The fee of a refundable ticket will start at $200 and may vary depending on your purchased flight. Click HERE to request a ticket-change, and customer service will review your application to determine the final outcome. Contact us at (678) 883-8320 if you have any problems.
Non-Refundable Ticket
If your ticket is non-refundable, and you wish to change it, click HERE to request a ticket change that will be reviewed by our Summit Team and processed to see if you are eligible upon this ticket-change request. Non-refundable ticket-changes begin at a minimum of $500.
Cancel/Refund Tickets
If you find yourself in a situation where a last minute change must be made, you can choose to cancel your flight or attempt to apply for a refund (although it is not always guaranteed). Click HERE to cancel your ticket or apply for a refund.
